Building 7-12
As we strive to prevail on making our timeshare owners more excited every year to come to their home away from home, some upgrades are currently on the works. First, one of our most major upgrades is on Building 7-12 which is the replacing of all front windows to newer and updated ones where owners can appreciate the Caribbean view much better. Additionally, on that same building we will be removing all pimento sticks and giving the whole building a more modern aesthetic view. The outer wall will be of cement view giving it a more contemporary look with the porch ceiling looking more modern. Weekly updates will be posted on our website to keep our timeshare owners up to date with the renovations.
Extension of Timeshare Pool Deck
Another major upgrade will be the extension of the timeshare pool deck. As you all are aware, the bar was barely used so management will use that space for the extension of the deck so that the owners can appreciate the space more while tanning themselves under the sun. Having mentioned that, a new bar will be constructed beside the timeshare pool in due course so that owners can enjoy the pool while drinking cocktails. Owners will not be left without a bar by the pool. Finally, a small bathroom will be constructed beside the pump room for the sole purpose for the convenience of the owners. This will save some time on having to go to your units every time.
